About the role
St. Crispin Afya Hospital is offering a Management Trainee opportunity focused on Financial Accounting. The position provides a monthly stipend and the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a hospital finance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the finance team with day‑to‑day financial accounting tasks.
- Support the preparation of financial records and reports during the training period.
- Participate in learning activities related to accounting standards and hospital financial procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Completed Certified Public Accounting (Intermediate level).
- Attention to detail, fast learner, high level of discipline, integrity and a positive attitude.

What we offer
- Stipend of KSH 35,000 per month.
