Marketing & Communications Intern

About the role

Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery Ltd is seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Intern for a 3‑month, on‑site internship in Nairobi. This role offers hands‑on experience in marketing campaigns, events, brand activations and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day marketing activities and campaign execution.
• Coordinate delivery of marketing and branding materials to branches.
• Follow up with branches and suppliers on requests, timelines and deliveries.
• Assist in organising events, promotions and brand activations.
• Handle supplier quotations, invoices and other marketing documentation.
• Dispatch and collect marketing materials and maintain trackers, timelines and activity lists.
• Provide general administrative, communication and coordination support to the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable and eager to learn.
• Ability to follow up on tasks and work effectively with different teams.
• Previous internship or exposure to marketing, communications, events or brand activations is an advantage.
