German-Speaking Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Affiliate Manager to own and grow our affiliate partner network for a fast‑growing European cashback and savings platform. You will manage relationships, negotiate paid placements on our website and newsletter, and bring in high‑quality traffic from DACH‑region partners.

Key responsibilities

• Run the partnership inbox, responding quickly to offers, commission, tracking, and fraud queries.
• Build and maintain a media kit, sell and book website and weekly newsletter placements.
• Negotiate better terms with existing partners, including higher CPA/CPS rates and exclusive codes.
• Acquire new shops, brands and fintechs through affiliate networks and direct deals, focusing on high‑basket verticals.
• Track partner performance (clicks, conversion, EPC, basket size, commission, rejection rates) and flag under‑performers.
• Report weekly on placement revenue, pipeline, top/bottom partners and open issues.
• Use AI tools to manage inbox volume and accelerate media‑kit creation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing from the publisher, network or advertiser side.
• Direct experience managing affiliate partner and network relationships, including day‑to‑day communication on offers, tracking and commissions.
• Strong knowledge of commission models (CPA, CPS, CPC, CPL) and performance metrics such as EPC, conversion and rejection rates.
• Track record of pricing, negotiating and closing affiliate deals or paid placements independently.
• Native or fully fluent German and good English.
• Based in a GMT+0 to GMT+4 time zone and comfortable working during DACH business hours.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to manage a busy inbox and pipeline in a remote setup.

• Experience with affiliate networks such as Awin, Adcell, CJ, financeAds.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking and reporting dashboards.
• Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline workflows.
