Marketing Officer – Brand & Digital Marketing

About the role

Safal Group is seeking a Marketing Officer to lead brand building and digital marketing initiatives for its construction‑related product portfolio. The role will bridge marketing strategy with sales execution, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all customer and specifier touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and protect brand equity, creating toolkits, product knowledge training and technical content for the sales and agent network.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market support for new product and brand launches, including sales presenters, launch content and partner events.
• Design and manage the annual promotional calendar, aligning with sales, finance and channel marketing.
• Evaluate campaign performance using ROI estimates, market feedback and analytics, and translate learnings into future plans.
• Act as the daily liaison between Marketing, Sales, Design, Procurement and other cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field; postgraduate marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a brand or marketing leadership role.
• Strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing and campaign management, preferably within building materials, construction or a B2B industrial sector.
• Hands‑on experience running digital marketing, content creation and marketing analytics across multiple channels.
