Medical Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Medical Sales Executive to drive business development and client acquisition for Evolve Well Healthcare’s services in Nairobi. The role focuses on promoting healthcare solutions, building corporate partnerships and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for healthcare services, generate leads and secure partnerships with professionals and individual clients.
• Promote Evolve Well Healthcare’s wellness programs, diagnostics, health screenings and preventive care through health camps, outreach events and corporate awareness programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, insurance providers and referral partners, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Market corporate medical packages, occupational health services and employee wellness programs, negotiate agreements and coordinate implementation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs and competitor activities, providing recommendations for service improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and conversions; prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update CRM systems.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences and community forums to enhance brand visibility.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, ethical marketing practices and professional conduct standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of experience in medical sales or healthcare business development.
