Music and Physical Education Teacher (Pearson Edexcel)

About the role

The International School follows the Pearson Edexcel curriculum and seeks a dynamic teacher to deliver both Music and Physical Education to secondary learners. You will nurture students' artistic and athletic talents while preparing them for IGCSE examinations and practical assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Music and Physical Education classes in line with the IGCSE (Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel) syllabus.
• Organise music performances, concerts and sporting events.
• Develop learners' skills and monitor progress through regular assessments.
• Integrate ICT tools into lesson planning and delivery.
• Participate in school functions, co‑curricular activities and support student well‑being.
• Maintain a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Education.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably with IGCSE curriculum.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Clean child protection record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and pupils.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ICT for classroom integration.
