Out-of-Home Sales Executive – Kenya

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Out‑of‑Home (OOH) Sales Executive to lead the growth of our premium billboard and airport advertising portfolio in Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will act as a 360° commercial driver, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and overseeing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new advertisers for billboard, digital, airport and other OOH assets across Kenya.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and key decision‑makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, manage pricing and ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in the media, advertising or OOH sector.
• Hands‑on knowledge of the Kenyan OOH landscape, including billboards, digital screens, airport and shopping‑mall advertising.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of agency buying processes and media planning.
