About the role

Lead and manage all aftersales operations within the Eastern region (Machakos/Meru), ensuring service excellence, optimal turnaround time, spare parts revenue growth, technician productivity, and strong rider relationships.

Spare Parts Sales & Revenue Performance
Network Expansion & Operational Readiness
Technician Training & Capability Development
Rider Engagement & Community Leadership
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
Escalation & Governance Framework

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
7–10 years experience in automotive, EV, or mobility aftersales operations
Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or regional leadership role
Strong knowledge of DMS, warranty processes, and service performance management
Proven experience managing multi‑site service operations

Required skills

Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System)
