Sales Executive - Residential Property

About the role

Vipingo Development PLC, a member of the Centum Group, is looking for a driven sales professional to grow its property portfolio. The role covers generating and converting qualified leads, delivering an excellent client experience and hitting approved individual sales and collection targets. It involves residential, land and other assigned investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation through own networks, referrals, activations and partnerships
• Client presentations and site tours
• Negotiation and deal closure
• Engagement of corporate clients, partners and out-of-town buyers
• Transaction follow-through and referral generation
• CRM management and disciplined follow-up

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; KCSE or equivalent score of B+
• 3-5 years in sales, business development or client relationship management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and converting self-generated leads
• Experience in real estate or other target-driven sectors such as insurance is an added advantage

Required skills

• Proactive self-starter who builds trusted client relationships and repeat/referral business
• Confident presenter and negotiator
• Target-driven, commercially disciplined and rigorous in follow-up and CRM updates
• Professional sales and/or CRM training is an added advantage
