About the role

Optiven Limited is offering two internship positions in Sales & Marketing within its Nairobi office. The role is designed for final‑year students or recent graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in a real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with client outreach and follow‑up activities.
• Support marketing initiatives, including content preparation and social media updates.
• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and market analysis reports.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree/diploma program in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to submit a CV, cover letter, academic transcripts and any other supporting documents.
