Sales Representative – Furniture Retail (Mombasa)

About the role

Victoria Homestore is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join its Mombasa showroom team. You will be responsible for guiding customers from the first contact through quotation, order processing, delivery and after‑sales support, ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Engage showroom visitors, recommend suitable furniture products and prepare quotations.
• Process orders, handle payments and coordinate deliveries.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and ensure proper installation.
• Provide after‑sales support and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in furniture retail sales.
• Proven track record in sales, client engagement and deal closure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong negotiation and solution‑driven selling skills.
• Confidence working with high‑end clients and delivering customized solutions.
• Experience with CRM practices and client relationship management.
