Sales Specialist – Dental & Medical Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑driven Sales Specialist to expand our presence in the dental and medical equipment market. The role focuses on prospecting new customers, building relationships with clinicians and procurement teams, and closing capital‑equipment deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new dental and healthcare customers.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, field visits and industry events.
• Build relationships with dentists, clinic owners, hospital management and procurement teams.
• Identify clinic openings, expansions, renovations and equipment replacement opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close profitable deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to close.
• Maintain long‑term customer and referral relationships.
• Provide regular pipeline, sales and market intelligence reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in dental, medical, healthcare or technical equipment.
• Demonstrated track record of generating new business and closing sales.
• Strong hunting, prospecting, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confidence engaging business owners, clinicians and senior decision‑makers.
• Commercial understanding of targets, margins and pipeline management.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly and sell their value.
