Sales Store Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Store Attendant to join our retail team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be the front‑line representative of our technology product range, helping customers find the right solutions while driving store revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate technology products.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current technology trends and product specifications.
• Collaborate with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional execution.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven retail sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance with a confident, outgoing personality.

Required skills

• Experience using POS systems.
