Senior Marketing Manager, Middle East and Africa

About the role

As the Senior Marketing Manager for the Middle East and Africa region, you will design and execute programs that build pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate revenue across the region. You will own the end‑to‑end regional marketing strategy with a strong focus on events, account‑based marketing and demand‑generation campaigns that directly support the MEA sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of MEA events—including owned events, sponsored conferences, roundtables, webinars and executive dinners—aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Partner with the sales team to ensure event audiences reflect target account lists and tie each event to a clear pipeline outcome.
• Design and execute ABM programs targeting high‑priority MEA accounts, using account intelligence to inform campaigns and measuring engagement and influenced revenue.
• Develop and run integrated demand‑generation campaigns across email, paid media, content and events to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaborate with global growth, content, digital and brand teams to adapt and localize global resources for regional execution.
• Track, analyze and report on regional marketing performance, continuously testing and iterating programs based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in field marketing, events or demand generation, preferably in a high‑growth technology company.
• Deep understanding of cultural differences across the Middle East and Africa and proven Pan‑African marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience running end‑to‑end field events and building ABM programs, including target account selection, campaign orchestration and measurement.
• Experience working closely with sales teams, across time zones in a global organization; marketing to NGOs or governments is a plus.
