Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will lead cross‑channel campaign execution and performance analysis for a fast‑growing fintech business. Reporting to the CMO and COO, you will ensure consistent messaging, timely delivery, and data‑driven optimisation across digital, offline and media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, CRM, radio, TV, referral) and maintain the shared marketing calendar.
• Prepare briefs, align specialists and agencies, and track implementation, deadlines, dependencies and risks.
• Consolidate performance data from all channels, track registrations, approvals, disbursements and acquisition costs, and produce weekly/monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Manage offline media agencies, negotiate placements, monitor performance and verify delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer sentiment and gather testimonials for continuous improvement.
• Oversee content creation (banners, videos, scripts, SMS, push notifications) and ensure brand alignment before publication.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 4 years) in marketing operations or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional campaigns and deliver actionable insights.
