Senior Platform/ Solution Architect

About the role

Tezza Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Platform/Solution Architect to lead the design and capacity planning of large‑scale distributed and micro‑services platforms. The role focuses on translating business growth forecasts into robust cloud and on‑premises infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning and infrastructure dimensioning for applications, platforms and micro‑services.
• Translate business growth, transaction volumes and traffic forecasts into concrete infrastructure requirements.
• Develop quantitative workload models for normal, peak, burst and exceptional traffic conditions.
• Define CPU, memory, pod/replica, node and cluster sizing for services.
• Create short‑, medium‑ and long‑term capacity forecasts and roadmaps.
• Ensure plans meet availability, resilience, disaster recovery and business continuity standards.
• Review existing environments to identify over‑ or under‑provisioning and bottlenecks.
• Assess resource consumption of individual micro‑services and define scaling policies.
• Establish repeatable sizing methodologies and validate them through testing.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in solution or platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, capacity planning or performance engineering.
• Proven track record designing large‑scale distributed systems and micro‑services platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with both cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Experience in high‑availability, transaction‑intensive settings, preferably in telecoms, financial services or digital platforms.
