Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Manager will own the day‑to‑day growth of SnappyCX’s brand and founder accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. This senior, hands‑on position requires an assertive operator who can set direction, lead creative talent and deliver measurable audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive follower, reach and engagement targets on all platforms and report weekly.
• Monitor accounts multiple times daily, respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours, and proactively engage relevant audiences.
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar, including stories and captions, for every channel.
• Direct videographers and graphic designers through written briefs, enforce standards and manage deadlines.
• Provide clear guidance for founder‑generated on‑camera or on‑mic content, including shot specifications and length.
• Operate Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools (Later, Buffer), recommend tool changes in writing.
• Follow written approval rules for the founder’s personal channels, especially LinkedIn.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing social media for a consumer brand, with at least 2 years accountable for growth numbers.
• Proven experience leading videographers and graphic designers, with concrete examples of direction and performance management.
• Two case studies showing real growth metrics (followers, engagement, reach or revenue).
• Beauty, hair‑care or CPG background is a plus.
