Storekeeper – Hotel Industry

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Storekeeper to manage the inventory and supplies of our hotel in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely replenishment, and supporting the hotel's operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock control records for all hotel supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate re‑ordering to avoid shortages.
• Use inventory or stock management systems to track movements and generate reports.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with procurement and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth supply flow.

Required profile

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Storekeeper in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Honest, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive gross salary of KES 25,000 – 30,000 per month.
