Teacher – Accounting, Economics, Business Studies & Commerce

About the role

Visionary School is seeking an experienced teacher to deliver Accounting, Economics, Business Studies and Commerce to O Level (IGCSE) and A Level (IAL) students. The role involves creating engaging lessons within a faith‑based, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for O Level and A Level classes.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Manage classroom dynamics and uphold school policies.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and curriculum development.
• Support extracurricular activities related to business and economics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in a British curriculum school.
• Proven ability to teach both O Level and A Level students.
• Strong subject knowledge in Accounting, Economics, Business Studies and Commerce.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
