Team Leader – Cold Drink Equipment

About the role

The Team Leader Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) will oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of cooler equipment in Coca‑Cola's bottling operations. This role combines hands‑on technical supervision with team leadership to ensure equipment reliability and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular preventive maintenance for coolers to guarantee high reliability.
• Lead a team of cooler mechanics, providing guidance, performance targets and support.
• Assist mechanics with breakdown repairs, fault troubleshooting and ensure all work is documented in the ERP system.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping, safety, health and environmental standards.
• Monitor tool management, spare‑parts inventory and budget compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, ensuring clear communication and service excellence.
• Track and report KPI performance, manage job cards and ensure legal and administrative compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with a focus on Refrigeration and Air‑Conditioning.
• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing cold‑drink equipment or coolers in a bottling/manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a technical team.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean accident‑free record.
• Proven ability to work safely, meet quality standards and manage budgets.
