About the role

As our Technical Training Officer, you will be the architect of our automotive education programs, driving excellence through the design and delivery of high‑impact technical training. You will lead the way in curriculum innovation and lesson planning, ensuring every session—whether theoretical or hands‑on—exceeds TVET compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Curriculum Excellence: Design, develop, and update technical course outlines and training content to stay at the forefront of automotive industry standards.
• Instructional Leadership: Lead the delivery of both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive learning experience.
• Strategic Planning: Oversee lesson planning and instructional scheduling to optimize training throughput and student engagement.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Implement robust assessment frameworks to track learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to TVET regulatory requirements and internal quality standards across all educational offerings.
• Innovation & Research: Conduct continuous research into emerging automotive technologies and modern pedagogical techniques to enhance our training portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in Automotive Engineering or a specialized degree in Technical Education.
• Certification in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technical instruction or automotive engineering.
• Valid driving licence with defensive driving training.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and contemporary digital tools for dynamic training delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and educational software.
