Telemarketing Officer – Client Acquisition & PA Support

About the role

The Telemarketing Officer will drive new client acquisition while supporting the director with daily administrative tasks. This role blends proactive outreach with strong relationship management to help grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold‑calling and tele‑sales techniques.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Schedule, organise and manage the director’s diary, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Provide personal assistance to the director, handling correspondence and ad‑hoc requests.
• Track sales leads, update client records and report on outreach performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in telemarketing, sales or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using telephone systems and basic office software.
