Total Reward Analyst

About the role

The Total Reward Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of compensation and benefits programs for staff and Financial Advisors across the Group. Reporting to the Total Rewards Supervisor, the role focuses on data quality, statutory compliance, and process improvement in reward administration.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compensation changes, promotions, bonuses, and benefit deductions across all payroll cycles, validating data against source documents.
• Conduct salary benchmarking using market surveys and prepare comparison reports for HR business partners.
• Manage the performance‑linked pay framework and produce monthly payroll variance analysis.
• Oversee FA commission and variable pay calculations, perform system audits, and prepare monthly commission files.
• Administer FA subsidy, loan, and mortgage schemes, processing applications and generating payment files.
• Maintain staff benefit schemes—including medical, life, pension, SACCO, and staff loans—handling enrolments, deductions, and vendor coordination.
• Perform monthly benefit reconciliations and submit reports to the Supervisor.
• Prepare regular remuneration and benefits reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards administration.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical orientation and attention to data accuracy.
