About the role

The Vice President will lead the Energy & Infrastructure Finance Debt Solutions capability, delivering client‑centric lending solutions for a portfolio of complex, high‑value clients. This senior position is responsible for driving revenue growth, protecting market share and reinforcing the bank’s reputation as the go‑to lender in the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end debt financing solutions for energy and infrastructure clients.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle, from structuring and execution to post‑deal monitoring.
• Collaborate with product teams, corporate functions and risk specialists to secure support and ensure compliance.
• Lead, coach and coordinate cross‑functional teams, setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Monitor portfolio risk, interpret regulatory frameworks and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience leading complex debt solutions across a defined portfolio.
• Proven track record in debt structuring, deal execution and stakeholder lobbying.
• Experience managing teams, delegating tasks and driving performance.
• Strong partnership experience with risk functions and regulatory knowledge.
