Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will plan, coordinate, implement and monitor visual merchandising activities across all company showrooms for the Twyford, Micasso and Frencia brands. The role ensures that each showroom consistently reflects approved brand standards, that products are displayed strategically, and that new product launches are executed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly showroom checking plans for all brands.
• Coordinate and monitor showroom checks and spot‑checks, ensuring timely submission of reports by Cold Visit teams, Shop Guiders and Showroom Managers.
• Review checking results, identify performance gaps and approve rectification plans.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom checking procedures, standards and submission processes.
• Conduct monthly performance review meetings and prepare performance summaries.
• Manage Frencia brand reporting, incentive policies and recognition programmes for Shop Guiders and Salesmen.
• Liaise with the Products Department to obtain materials for new product launches and ensure proper display.

Required profile

• Experience planning and monitoring showroom activities for multiple brands.
• Ability to develop and enforce visual merchandising standards.
• Strong training and coaching skills for retail staff.
• Proven capability to analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.
