Product Designer

About the role

VALD is seeking a Product Designer to shape the day‑to‑day experience of BridgeAthletic, its training prescription platform used by thousands of strength & conditioning coaches worldwide. You will collaborate with product, engineering and other designers to turn ideas into shipped features.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile, covering user flows, interactions, UI, edge cases and empty states.
• Partner with the Product Manager from problem definition through build and QA, ensuring the final product matches design intent.
• Spend time with coaches to understand their workflow and translate insights into design improvements.
• Establish reusable patterns and components to bring consistency to a rapidly growing product.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably B2B SaaS or professional tools.
• Strong visual design sensibility and ability to prototype at varying fidelities.
• Clear communicator who can present decisions and build alignment with stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and turning complexity into clarity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and component‑based design systems.
