2026 Teaching Internship – Primary Teachers

About the role

Nova Pioneer Tatu International offers a three‑month unpaid teaching internship for primary educators, commencing September 2026. The internship immerses participants in an inquiry‑based learning environment, allowing them to deliver 21st‑century education while gaining hands‑on classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, supportive environment for young learners.
• Plan and execute daily activities aligned with curriculum and lesson plans.
• Prepare and manage materials for exploratory and imaginative play.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of equipment, ensuring safety.
• Organise games and activities that promote physical, mental, and social development.
• Set up indoor and outdoor spaces for creative play and motor‑skill activities.
• Observe, evaluate, and report each child’s progress to school leaders and parents.
• Maintain records of student development and adapt teaching methods to diverse needs.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a teaching college or university.
• Passion for inquiry‑based, student‑centred education.
• Willingness to commit to a three‑month, unpaid internship.
