About the role
MSF Eastern Africa is seeking an Accountability & Compliance Investigations Specialist to strengthen its commitment to safeguarding patients, community members, and staff from all forms of abuse, including sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH). The role will operate in Kenya with a low‑risk contact level with patients and children.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct investigations to ensure accountability and compliance with MSF policies and standards.
- Support safeguarding initiatives aimed at protecting vulnerable individuals from SEAH.
- Participate in rigorous vetting processes to prevent confirmed perpetrators of abuse from joining the organization.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
- Willingness to work in a low‑risk environment with minimal direct contact with patients and children.
