Accounts and Finance Officer

About the role

The Accounts and Finance Officer will manage the day‑to‑day financial operations of Tuoren Company Limited, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, timely processing of invoices and payments, and reliable bank reconciliations. This role supports both monthly and annual reporting cycles and upholds internal expense policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and ensure systematic filing and digitisation of all financial documents.
• Generate and dispatch customer invoices, debit and credit notes, and record cash sales and bank receipts.
• Monitor the accounts receivable ledger, follow up overdue balances and perform daily cash‑up verifications.
• Review vendor invoices, match them with purchase orders, schedule weekly payment runs and resolve billing disputes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and perform daily or weekly bank statement reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
• Professional certification such as CPA Part II or ACCA Level 2 (highly desirable).
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and basic reconciliations.
