Accounts Intern

About the role

We are looking for two motivated Accounts Interns to join our finance team in Nairobi. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations while working in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare and organize financial documents and reports.
• Perform data entry and reconcile financial records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and proper filing of accounting documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CPA(K) qualification or progression is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
