About the role
Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd is looking for an Accounts Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture client relationships, serving as the main contact for inquiries, issues and requests.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue, profitability and growth, including upselling and cross‑selling.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Customer Support to ensure seamless delivery and resolve key‑account concerns.
- Track industry trends, market conditions and competitors, providing recommendations and identifying opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports, revenue forecasts and customer‑satisfaction metrics, analysing data for improvement areas.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
