About the role
Studio Twenty Two Agencies (ABELA) LIMITED is looking for an Accounts Payable professional to support its hospitality operations in Nairobi. The position requires managing the full accounts payable cycle within a hotel environment, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and in line with accounting principles.
Key responsibilities
- Process and record supplier invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable ledgers and reconcile statements.
- Support month‑end closing activities related to payables.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and hotel industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the hotel industry.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- CPA Part II qualification (mandatory).
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from KES 30,000 to KES 45,000.
