Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our financial operations remotely. The role focuses on overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain robust financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement accounts receivable policies and procedures to streamline invoicing and collections.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively address overdue accounts to minimize revenue loss.
• Coordinate with sales, client success, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting or accounts receivable management.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite or comparable platforms.
• Experience with GAAP revenue recognition standards and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
