Accounts Receivables – Gujarati Speaking

About the role

This full‑time position safeguards cash flow by managing credit applications, invoicing and collections while ensuring customers can purchase on credit with minimal friction. The role requires close collaboration with sales, finance and customers to align credit decisions with business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run credit checks on new and existing customers and set or adjust credit limits.
• Monitor daily accounts‑receivable ageing reports and prioritize follow‑up actions.
• Contact customers via calls, emails and formal notices to chase overdue invoices.
• Approve or hold orders according to credit policy and release them once payment is confirmed.
• Negotiate repayment plans, escalate difficult cases to management or legal, and maintain detailed recovery records.
• Develop and update credit policies, collection procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on receivables, collections, cash‑flow forecasts and KPI metrics such as days sales outstanding.
• Support onboarding of new customers by verifying details, establishing credit terms and resolving billing disputes promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in accounts receivable or credit management.
• Fluency in Gujarati is required.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
