After Sales Marketer – Automotive Sales

About the role

The After Sales Marketer will drive marketing initiatives for automotive parts, service and body‑building divisions, ensuring smooth after‑sales transactions and generating new business opportunities across Nairobi and Bungoma.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities for automotive products.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support business development.
• Coordinate marketing activities for parts, service and body‑building departments.
• Follow up on after‑sales transactions to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Respond to online and telephone enquiries in a calm, friendly manner.
• Liaise with parts, service and body‑building teams to meet prescribed service timelines.
• Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Contact clients interested in truck body refurbishment, new bodies and vehicle procurement.
• Lobby for contracts supplying spare parts, service and maintenance to businesses, government agencies and private entities.
• Develop strategies to enhance after‑sales efficiency and increase revenue.
• Oversee client order processing to guarantee timely delivery.
• Set marketing objectives and create action plans to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, Automotive Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer relationship management.
• Strong business development and sales capabilities.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

• Salary KES 25,000 – 30,000 per month plus commission.
