Agentic Platform Engineer

About the role

Seedtag is looking for an Agentic Platform Engineer to help build and scale Liz Agent, the company’s AI agent platform. You will work on a global ad‑tech product that combines AI, NLP, computer vision and neuroscience to deliver neuro‑contextual advertising at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the core Liz Agent runtime, including execution, context management and event streaming.
• Develop MCP tool servers, APIs and integrations that provide secure access to internal data and services.
• Improve agent capabilities such as memory, multi‑model routing, durable execution and LLM frameworks.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot production issues and enhance tracing and evaluation.
• Contribute to APIs, service templates, CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native deployments enabling teams to build agents independently.
• Implement security best practices, automated evaluations and regression testing to ensure reliable agent behaviour.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features from development through deployment and monitoring, collaborating with data, ML, platform and product teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems in production.
• Strong Python expertise, including API design, asynchronous programming, testing and clean architecture.
• Hands‑on experience developing LLM applications or AI agents, including tool calling and structured outputs.
• Solid understanding of event‑driven architectures, micro‑services, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with LLMOps, observability, CI/CD and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AI security practices such as authentication, access controls and prompt‑injection protection.
• Ability to own features end‑to‑end, work autonomously and collaborate effectively across functions.
