Agile Product Owner

About the role

As an Agile Product Owner at Cigna Healthcare, you will drive value delivery for a Scrum team supporting International Organisations Health backend products across mainframe and financial services domains. You will work closely with the Agile Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Agile Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes.
• Maintain a high‑quality backlog in Jira, translating features into clear user stories.
• Lead backlog refinement and support Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA, UAT teams and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery.
• Monitor delivery, quality, utilization and customer experience metrics for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong English communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset, strong stakeholder relationship management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in healthcare or financial operations is preferred.
