Agile Team Coach Senior Analyst

About the role

The Agile Team Coach Senior Analyst will enable sustainable, predictable value delivery by applying Lean‑Agile and Kanban practices. Working closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and other coaches, the role focuses on improving team effectiveness, optimizing flow, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach teams on Lean‑Agile principles, Kanban practices and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate visualization of work, manage WIP limits and promote pull‑based planning.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste and systemic constraints; drive initiatives to increase flow efficiency and predictability.
• Support teams in establishing explicit workflows, psychological safety and self‑management.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles and flow‑based ways of working.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure effective intake, prioritisation and replenishment of work.

Required profile

• Servant‑leader mindset with experience facilitating team events and conflict resolution.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, stakeholders and other coaches.
• Ability to mentor and guide teams toward self‑management and outcome focus.
• Commitment to transparency, psychological safety and continuous learning.
