Agriculture Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Agriculture Sales Representative to join our team in Westlands, Kenya. The role focuses on promoting our agricultural products, building strong client relationships, and supporting the farm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market conditions, trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to drive product demand.
• Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues and encourage repeat business.
• Identify and grow customer segments across industries such as hotels, schools, hospitals, supermarkets and other institutions.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns in collaboration with the farm’s marketing team.
• Work closely with other farm departments to improve sales processes and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide daily and weekly sales activity reports and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least one month of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
