Agrifinance County Champion – Sales Leadership Role

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking three experienced professionals to serve as Agrifinance County Champions. In this senior sales leadership position you will drive business growth, lead sales teams and support the rollout of the Agri‑Maziwa portfolio across assigned counties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop viable markets for new branches, implementing sales strategies to meet targets for revenue, active associates and client base.
• Lead and mentor sales personnel—including Branch Managers, Team Leaders and Loan Officers—to achieve performance goals and maintain low loan‑rejection rates.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and service providers, ensuring a high level of customer service and business continuity.
• Oversee compliance with credit, collection and regulatory policies, conducting regular branch visits and monitoring quality management systems.
• Coordinate marketing route plans, customer forums and agricultural engagement activities to boost brand visibility and product uptake.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related business field.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated leadership, high integrity and strong communication abilities.
• Proven capability to work effectively as a team player and deliver excellent customer service.
