AI & Automation Solutions Partner

About the role

The AI & Automation Solutions Partner works directly with business teams to uncover how work is currently performed, identify improvement opportunities, and translate those into practical AI and automation solutions. This hybrid discovery‑and‑build position involves stakeholder engagement, workflow redesign, and hands‑on development of secure, scalable AI agents using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with business stakeholders to map current processes and pinpoint friction points.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities based on business impact.
• Analyse and redesign workflows before automating them.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions.
• Hands‑on build AI agents and automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Develop and manage scalable, reliable workflows with Power Automate.
• Take solutions from pilot to secure, production‑ready deployment.
• Independently manage projects from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with US‑based stakeholders to gather requirements and report progress.
• Build trust and strong relationships with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify new areas where AI and automation can add value.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in AI automation, digital transformation, business process automation, or solutions consulting.
• Proven track record of working directly with business stakeholders to scope and prioritize AI or automation initiatives.
• Strong hands‑on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Deep expertise with Power Automate.
• Commitment to delivering secure, scalable solutions within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
