About the role
We are seeking an AI Intern who wants to learn how future‑focused products are built. You will quickly take ownership of delivering AI‑driven solutions to our accounts from concept to implementation. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enhanced product features for client accounts.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback, generate reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to ensure high‑quality service outcomes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated abilities in product development, engineering, or UX design.
- Strong passion for applying AI to solve real‑world problems.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in technical support and issue resolution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate feedback and implement improvements.
- Problem‑solving attitude and calm handling of customer challenges.
- Proficiency with common support tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
