About the role

The AI Short Drama Director will spearhead the creation of AI‑driven short dramas, guiding projects from concept through final delivery. This role blends creative storytelling with cutting‑edge AI technology to produce compelling visual content for diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of AI short dramas, including script interpretation, storyboard development, and final delivery.
• Create and oversee storyboards, scene composition, character performance, and visual storytelling to ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with AI technical teams to integrate AI‑generated visuals, characters, and environments.
• Supervise post‑production activities such as editing, dubbing, visual effects, and quality control.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stay updated on AIGC trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies to drive creative innovation.
• Support international content initiatives and work with global teams when required.

Required profile

• Educational background in Film, Directing, Animation, Media, or a related creative field.
• Experience directing AI‑generated content, virtual human productions, AI short films, or AIGC advertising projects.
• Ability to work in English with an understanding of Western and Middle Eastern content markets.
• Strong awareness of AIGC industry trends, creative vision, and aesthetic judgment.
