About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Air Ticketing Specialist to support our travel operations, handling airline reservations, ticket issuance, changes, and refunds for our international clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Manage flight inquiries, reservations, ticket issuance, revalidation, and refunds using international ticketing systems.
- Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the travel department to support overall travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide professional customer service.
Required profile
- Proficient in IATA systems with experience using Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.
- Familiar with airline ticketing procedures and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
