Aluminum Alloy Building Materials Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead the promotion and distribution of our aluminium alloy building material solutions. The role focuses on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth across Westlands and the broader Kenyan construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the construction, architecture and real‑estate markets.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, including contractors, architects, engineers and developers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and contracts for aluminium profiles, windows, doors, curtain walls and partitions.
• Generate regular sales reports, forecasts and market analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 24 months of proven sales experience in aluminium alloy building materials or related construction products.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management.
