Animal Feeds Sales Executive – Field Sales (Kiambu, Nairobi, Thika)

About the role

We are looking for results‑driven Animal Feeds Sales Executives to expand our market presence across Kiambu, Nairobi outskirts, Thika and Murang’a. The role focuses on building strong relationships with farmers, agro‑dealers, distributors and livestock producers while delivering sales growth in the animal feeds sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, agro‑dealers, distributors and livestock producers across the assigned territories.
• Implement Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategies to increase territory and secondary sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and support collection activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and provide feedback to the product team.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the region.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven field sales experience in animal feeds or agricultural inputs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work extensively in field‑based environments.
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred).
