About the role
Desmonde Associates Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join its multi‑disciplinary team at the Cornwall headquarters in St Agnes. The role supports a variety of projects, from historic structures and new housing to civic and commercial buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property surveys and assessments for planning applications.
- Develop designs for Building Regulations submissions.
- Prepare contract documentation and monitor works on site.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and external consultants across project phases.
Required profile
- Recent experience working and living in Cornwall.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic about architectural practice.
- Ability to handle a wide range of project types, including historic refurbishment and new builds.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
