Architecture Visualization Specialist

About the role

The Architecture Visualization Specialist will translate architectural and interior design concepts into high‑quality visual outputs such as 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials. Working on‑site in Nairobi, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers and clients to communicate design intent through compelling visual narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Create 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough animations that accurately reflect plans, elevations, and material specifications.
• Develop visual narratives and presentation decks for client meetings and marketing initiatives.
• Refine visual assets based on feedback from multidisciplinary stakeholders while maintaining brand and project standards.
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in architectural visualization or related fields.
• Strong foundation in architecture and interior design, with the ability to interpret plans, elevations, and design concepts.
• Experience in solution architecture and integration to ensure cohesive representation of systems, materials, and spatial relationships.
• Effective communication skills for presenting visual concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time efficiently, adapt to project changes, and maintain high‑quality standards.
