Area Sales Executive – Title & Escrow

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will drive revenue growth and expand TitleOne’s presence in the Twin Falls market. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting title and escrow services while building strong relationships with real‑estate professionals and other referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business‑development plans for the assigned territory.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with real‑estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, investors and other referral partners.
• Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, community involvement and industry events.
• Present TitleOne’s title, escrow and related services to customers and educate them on market trends.
• Collaborate with Title, Escrow and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor local market conditions, industry trends and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities and reports in the designated CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed established sales goals and growth objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the market.
