Area Sales Executive – Title & Escrow

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will drive revenue growth and expand TitleOne’s presence in the Twin Falls market. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will promote the company’s title and escrow services while building strong relationships with real‑estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business‑development plans for the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, cold calling, community involvement, and industry events.
• Present TitleOne’s title, escrow, and related services to prospective clients and educate existing customers.
• Collaborate with Title, Escrow, and Operations teams to ensure seamless transaction experiences.
• Monitor local market conditions, industry trends, and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular performance reports and meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Represent TitleOne at trade shows, networking events, and community functions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the market.
